The Property mails out a confirmation that the guest is coming. Parking available for car, truck and RV in our large secure parking lot. Pros (+) It was easy to find.
Cons (-) The room smelled old and the hotel had a rundown and no one cares look. The temperature control in the room was horrible. It did not have a thermostat and was either constant on blowing hot or off and drafty cold.
