Pros:The suv was nice, but needed to be cleaned.Cons:The staff member was lazy, had a poor attitude, and unprofessional. Upon returning the car the same staff member was late and no one else was present in the office.Reviewed 23 Jun 2019

Thanks for the deal!Pros:I needed a car after an accident. Kayak allowed mecto rent for much less than if I had rented directly from Hertz. I always use Hertz, by thexway.Cons:Hertz at the Marriot, in Oak Brook is quite ctricky to spot. Outside and indoor signage is inadequate. However, the Hertz staff is friendly and bery efficient, so that makes up for a frustrating scavenger hunt in search of the Hertz.Reviewed 17 Dec 2017

Never againPros:The fact that there is other options out there for me to choose from.Cons:Where do I start. Not the employee was 25 minutes late to work. Very disorganized, called with minor issues never called back 3 times. Had to have my corporate office call for a resolution. Literally the most unprofessional experience ever. And too boot, this is my first review I ever wrote in my life and that is the stone cold truth. First one ever, that's how bad it was.Reviewed 6 May 2017
