Pros (+) Room was clean and staff were kind and helpful. Very easy to find and convenient location. Not many frills or extras, but perfect for a clean, inexpensive place to stay.
Cons (-) Sadly no breakfast due to COVID, but the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves so it was easy to prepare our own.

Pros (+) The room was freshly renovated and clean.
Cons (-) The walkway outside the doors is rusty and needs paint.Some of the steel had excessive corrosion and was starting to separate. The walkway was very dirty from dirt from construction workers.
