The rooms were ok but beds were really high up off the floor and they put us on the 4th floor even though I stated on my reservation that I'm disabled in a wheelchair and my mother is 80 and uses a walker but can't walk distance of any kind. The guy working said they had 0 extra blankets for my mom because the rooms were Cold. They had ramps in a dark spot at the back of hotel which led to a walkw...

Cons (-) Nothing,didn't like anything,from rude staff to people with bad manners banging my walls,roaches,and didn't had the rooms I required,because kayak,expedia have diffrent rooms available then the actual hotel.. bad experience
