Pros (+) Bathroom was huge and room was spacious and nicely appointed. Loved having a cup of tea by the fireplace. That bell hop was unexpected and a nice service!
Cons (-) I guess if we had one thing critique was that the couch was a little small for us tall folks and could have been longer?

Pros (+) The hotel was beautiful and the room was great. The service was wonderful but they must have a small staff because the same man was our bellhop and bartender from Friday through Sunday. He was amazing though!
Cons (-) Their kitchen and spa weren’t available ever though state ordinances would allow them to be open. That was disappointing considering we paid so much to stay there and couldn’t use any facilities. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

Cons (-) However, they missed the mark having a few below average staff members not quit understanding they’re on an above average-to-better team.
