Cons (-) The international TV selection is terrible plus the TV acts flaky. Sometimes the picture disappears but the audio continues. The hotel clearly does not get many American travelers, but all in all, the staff is super friendly and they do a great job.

Pros (+) Bed, room, ambience, location.
Cons (-) Laundry service, breakfast quality, suffice and lower parking rates for customers. Receptionist to have a better attitude (I know they also stress during the renovation) , therefore a better handling of situation during renovation will be much better.
