We called them a few days before letting them know that one of the parties was not going to be able to come due to a positive Covid test yet hey would not refund us for that room. I would not have minded if they weren't completely oversold with no vacancy. They basically sold our room twice. In hindsight I should have taken the room and just not occupy it.
