Pros:Bed was very comfortable (excluding pillows), there was an on-site restaurant, and breakfast was expansive.
Cons:Pillows were uncomfortable, there was hair on the shower curtain and the wall, front-desk staff was very slow and had to wait in a long line to check in, airport shuttle was operated by a third-party and was booked /not available for the days we needed it (and was $8/person). The beverage choices were limited and were some of the worse drinks we’ve ever tasted. There was no waitstaff in the restaurant, so the hostess was forced to cover all tables, therefore the service was limited.

Cons:Right from the start the hotel shuttle was over an hour picking us up. Then we had to pay $9 per person cash to the shuttle driver, I've never heard of this at any Hilton Property. The drive was constantly on the cell phone while driving. The property is pretty worn out and needs renovation. We had an early flight out in the morning and asked if we needed to make special arrangements and were told no problem. In the morning we came down to get the shuttle and were told that the driver would not be in for another half hour. The did call us a cab and it arrived quickly and actually cost less than the $18 we paid the shuttle driver the night before. They don't have the normal Hilton breakfast buffet only breakfast cooked to order. We didn't factor in time for a breakfast cooked to order and there was no grab-n-go so no breakfast. I said I'd never stay there again and we had a reservation to stay again on a stop-over for our return trip. By the time I cancelled it was too late so we paid for a room that we never used. This hotel is hooked with the cruise lines and they cater only to them. don't even think about staying here.

Pros:I attended a conference that was held at this hotel. It was close to the airport and they provide transportation for $9. My room was large and had a small balcony. A free breakfast was provided. The pool was pleasant and it was surprisingly quiet, despite being very near a busy road.
Cons:While the hotel is close to the airport, it’s not close to much else. The neighborhood is not very walkable, and I really did try! The hotel was a tad noisy and the walls are thin. The free breakfast provided was bountiful, but low quality, ie, no whole grain breads, no dairy-free alternatives. I could just barely see the ocean over a view of the large AC unit, a shopping plaza, and giant gas tanks.

Pros:The room was comfortable and quiet.
Cons:Unfriendly concierge and charge you at every turn including$9 to catch the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I'm pretty sure this is the only Hotel I've ever heard of that charges for that service. I'm pretty sure I'll never stay there again.

Pros:You can get to the airport, cruise port, shopping, and more very easily. The staff are efficient and friendly. The breakfast is adequate and better than cold cereal, especially the made to order omelets.
Cons:Parking and wifi are not included but cost an extra fee and are not cheap. We opted to pay for both and the wifi was NOT high speed but did work.
