Cons (-) the front desk was very rude , we were checking in and she had to stop and fold someones laundry during our check in ? making me late for work ! then checking out she accusedus of puttingsomethingover the smoke alarm that was already there. she needs to find a profession that don't deal with the public

Cons (-) Water pipe broke around 4:00 am. Office stated that a plumber had been called but at 10:00 my husband went down and got two coffee cups of hot water and we had a sponge bath as we needed to leave. I feel there should have been some kind of compensation as the room cost over $100. The staff was apologetic but not helpful. We didn't have any water and had to walk over to the gas station to buy some ...

Cons (-) Checking in at 11pm - first room we were sent to wasn't even clean, like someone had just checked out. Front desk DID immediately correct the problem with another room.
