Pros:Nothing! Worst interaction I’ve ever had with ANY business! After 4 hours of waiting for a pickup, they brought me to a location that only had trucks and mini-vans available when my reservation was for a small economy car. Then they had the nerve to get upset with me for being mad! Nobody ever apologized!Cons:They could have been up front from the start and told me either that they didn’t have the type of car I reserved, or that they couldn’t provide pickup. Instead, they led me on a wild goose for 4 hours (!) and never delivered.Reviewed 22 Jan 2020

Pros:Vehicle was clean.Cons:Staff was not helpful in describing different types of insurance and felt pressured into buying insurance. Were charged extra to change the drop-off point to the Airport because our flight times were changed and we didn't have enough time to drop it off at our pick up location. 3 hours late, car not heldPros:Good car and staffCons:Scheduled time to pick up car with out much thought, no deposit. Arrived less than 3 hours after scheduled time and manager announced to waiting area "Oh you are the late people!" Apparently they ran short of cars. We settled on a nice upgrade for a discounted fee, but will be more careful with times if we use Enterprise again.Reviewed 13 Mar 2017

SmoothPros:Cons: I had to ask for assistance in locating where to actually pick up the car. It was far away and not well marked. Additionally I had to try and view the car for pre-checkout damages in the dim light of a parking garage. Pros: rental staff was quick and efficient and none of the dreaded high pressured sales pitch to upgrade and purchase overpriced insurance.Reviewed 4 Jan 2017
