Pros:The staff was very nice, gave me some clorox wipes to clean up the car (even though it was already very clean, it was just to be sure). Enterprise is also waiving the normal fee to drop the car in a different location, which was incredibly helpful.Cons:It was great, no problems.Reviewed 1 Apr 2020

Pros:Very customer focused, very helpful and willing to go the extra distance for you.Cons:Return was difficult due to my lack of attention to return location hours of operation. The manager explained a local security issue regarding the use of after hours drop box that precludes the local area offices from using this option. After hours drop will improve in the Santa Fe area as an airport location is due to open soon (they have the concession rights, just waiting on the airport to move on execution of new lease/concession.Reviewed 14 Feb 2017
