Pros (+) Hacienda de Cortes is a beautifully maintained property with a lot of history. You can see and feel how the staff love this place. The service is sometimes slow but they are super attentive and the food is great.
Cons (-) We were a group of people and the service in the restaurant wound to a halt when a number of people ordered dinner at once. The good food mostly handmade and local made up for it though.
