Pros (+) Everyone was very friendly, great breakfast. The rooms are small by American standards, but bigger then typical British room. Super close to East Croydon train station.
Cons (-) The location is very close to the train, but you have to take the train to Victoria station to get to London, which is fine but you need to learn how to do this and decide if it's worth it to take the extra step.
