Avoid this hotel at almost any cost! What you think you're paying is not your final charge. They have an absurd 40$ "amenity fee" along with a 10% "reservation processing fee" which may or may not be disclosed by the travel site you book through. Pros (+) The hospitality staff were incredible! Provided my sister and I with great information, scheduled us for a cruise that was truly informative, and obtained a dinner reservation on short notice. I can't say enough about how helpful and welcoming they were.
