Staff was great at pickup. We had a problem locking a broken door, stopped at Hertz in Turlock and they were great.Cons:
One back door and the side sliding door were broken. The back door had to be opened with a wrench. The sliding door could not be opened from inside.10.0 Wonderful

The people in Visalia were very easy to deal with. Unlike PDX were thier personnel were no were to be found. It seemed that drop off was based on having the smart phone. Which I don.t use. But after looking around I found a Hertz parking attendent, and he took my name and the keys. I perfer human interaction.Cons:
