customer service at the avis hilton was very friendly and helpfulCons:
it was not very clear what the Allianz Insurance would cover, therefore I had to pay another 19€ a day for the Avis Car Insurance, what made the price per day very expensive compared to other offers. It would be nice to make clear what is covered in the Allianz Third Party Insurance...Thrifty
