I commend the flight attendants on our SFO-SIN flight who went above and beyond to provide us with extra snacks and food. This type of service makes the flight experience personal and awesome.

The premium economy seats were not that great. It could have been more premium than economy seats.
A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.
They were able to assist my elderly father and myself after not being able to check in to scoot. The counter service was phenomenal. They did what they could to get us on the next plane so we could catch our Connecting flight. Scoot closed early on us so we ended up missing our flight.
I did not like anything. Flight experience was bad overall.
The stewardess was very helpful all the way. My seat had an issue with headphones and after the replaced and gave me a new pair and noticed it was the seat I got a new chair to sit and a great ride back home
Very slow check in. Food poor and some of the special meals offered were not available. Luggage then didnt arrive and still waiting for news 48 hours later
Check in was snails pace, only 1 of the luggage screen was working so long lines, an hour to check in Nobody seemed to want to fix the issue Flight was 45 minutes late Scoot is a mini sized plane ( sardine class plane), literally felt slammed between people
The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.
Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food

We boarded the plane at 1:20 pm It was hot. There was no air-conditioning It was stifling They kept us on the plane sitting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes
No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects
when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.
There was no entertainment and food option limited But the service was first class on an economy flight
They didn't have a vegetarian food in spite of the ore order

Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.
The flight delay... but bus from the airport be on time
Bad experience, delay like no tomorrow. Original schedule departure time at 9:30pm, delayed until 12:05am only depart.
Great. Very satisfied with a direct flight from Penang back to HK international. Stewards in the cabin were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to fly with Air Asia in the future.
Second time flying on AirAsia. They’re fine for a low cost carrier, so I don’t expect high level hospitality. They could have informed us that the flight would be delayed even if by a few minutes, instead of the passengers asking the gate agents why we’re not boarding 8 minutes before takeoff. And given some of the passengers on this particular flight were problematic, the crew did great handling such people.
Meh, it was AirAsia. It's not about a quality.

They didn't have a single blanket for hire for a long haul overnight flight. This wasn't good enough even for a budget airline
Kayak shares with you the best price! and in my case it was Air Asia flight. Air Asia flight was on time, the boarding was seamless with FACES technology at KLIA2 and the pilot made a great smooth landing upon arrival. Excellent trip!
I left the city late and fortunately the flight was also delayed 50mins
Air Asia’s standard has dropped tremendously post pandemic. The whole organisation feels ‘soul-less’
