This was the worst rental car experience ever. 5 cars in 1 month because they kept giving us defective vehicles. Ended up with a compact when I paid for an suv. Promised to refund me for the time we were without a vehicle and for the downgrade. Instead they double charged me and threatened to call the police if we didn't give them all the money we had on us. We were basically shaken down and robbed. NEVER use this company!!!! You are warned ⚠️
I didn't like anything, bad service and once you pick up the car, they give you a different price. they also sell you extra insurance when you booked the car online it already comes with ...Insurance

The pick up experience was okay, the car driver’s side mirror was wrapped around with duck tape and the car wasn’t the cleanest. The not so good experience was when dropping off the car at the airport rental there was no one there to help, had to wait and no one picks up service call at budget Mexico. At the end just drop off the keys to the other car rental service man
