It was ok at best. They did not have the vehicle that I reserved. No upgrades available. Nothing until 3-4 hours until after my scheduled pickup time. Due to time constraints I settled for a smaller crossover SUV. It was decent however it Did have a dent on tail gate. The interior was clean enough but stains on driver seat and had an odor that did not dissipate throughout the trip. The compensation that I received was a simple I did not have to fuel the vehicle up for my return. The price was only marginally cheaper since I unfortunately went with a smaller vehicle. Overall, not my best rental experience.

I like the fact it is at the airport, I don’t like the fact they no longer rent from the offsite location I booked from. Van was relatively clean on the inside but the van has seen abuse in the past there were too many dents and scratches to document. In addition the Virginia Inspection sticker was from May 2023 and I rented it on September 29, 2023, so nearly 5 months past due.
Hard to have to drop car when office was open in Franklin. Would have liked to return the car early and drop keys without checking out. Had to return twice to drop off location.
The enterprise employee could not find the reservation under the confirmation number Kayak gave me. But she rented us a car anyway. So Enterprise was great but Kayak was completely useless. Thanks for nothing!
Didn't know that Alamo is owned by Enterprise and they've both lost my business forever. That partnership doesn't benefit consumers at all.

Weeks after my reservation, after flying across the country, when I went to pick up my rental, I was then told “you can’t rent without a credit card”. I’ve rented quite a few cars over the past several years and have never owned a credit card of any kind. They offered zero help in trying to come up with a solution, just a hard and fast “you’re screwed have fun being stranded (with a family of 6)” thankfully we had family in the area that were willing and able to let us borrow a vehicle until we could get a rental from a legitimate rental company.
