The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested a minivan because we were moving my daughters belongings cross county. When we arrived we were told that the van had a safety issue and couldn’t be driven. They were able to accommodate us with a SUVCons:

Arrived at Hertz Palmdale as per directions at 12:30pm . I was initially served by Ms. Daisha Bates at approximately 1:45pm . Auto was delivered with front License Plate bent possible damage from Car Wash ? Interior smelled of tobacco and a cigarette butt was found on the floor. Left at 2:45pm .Avis

It took over an hour to get help when there were two agents and 3 customers. They did not have the car size reserved, so I either had to pay for a more expensive car or wait hours until someone returned a car my size. So I accepted the higher rate for a larger car, yet the car took over another hour to be ready.5.6 Fair

Their customer service is horrible. They have this chill attitude and it shows they don't care. They charged me extra insurance when I already had it and didn't take it off saying it was already done. Coming home from Davis, ca to the antelope valley (5 hour trip) the low tire pressure light came on, had to find a gas staton that had a working air machine and when I did, the car was telling me the wrong tire was low on preassure. This made me over inflate a tire so I had to take air out of that tire then figure out which tire had low air. All in all it was an hour out of my trip. When I told the service agent of this his only reply was "oh that sucked." You gave me a vehicle that had low tire pressure and gave me wrong information and all I get is a oh that sucked? Horrible service, don't rent from here.10.0 Wonderful

No cars, the car that was rented to me was dirty smelled like wet dog and cigarettes and dog hair everywhere. Car wash not washed from interior also manager talks like a thug no language skills at all. I don't him you have another car he said s*** that's all we have. I will never ever rent from this location again. I rented at 5:30 pm and took it back at opening didn't even drive it 5 miles and still was charged also needed brakes. They have nothing but cheap old car buckets here. Go to enterprise better across the street in the auto center that's where I went and was excellent.1.9 Poor
