Buenos días la verdad nesesitan Poner mas atención con los clientes yo rente un carro el 12/26/20 y el carro me comenzó a fallar el mismo día y ise el reporte y me dijieron que me lo iban a remplazar el mismo día y no lo isiero por que según no tenían carros disponibles y estuve llamando y no contestaban en servicio al cliente y y duraron 5 días para poder remplazar el carro y la verdad no estoy muy contento con sus servicios7.6 Good

Car was extremely dirty inside and outside,lots of scratches all over its body hub caps were brocken seriously damaged, when driving the car would shake a lot,i notified the guy who rented me this vehicle, all he said was DON'T WORRY ALL CARS DO THAT!!....that car I rented,some client had just dropped off I know because I saw the client when he came in that car and the budget guy told too,they didn't even check air in the tires fluid levels or anything, I've had to take the car because I was in a rush to get to my destination.........I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN RENT FROM THIS GUYS.4.4 Mediocre

Nothing, had no choice and I was taken advantage of and evenCons:
Car was a renault sub compact charged as a mid size ! Jd to comeback on Monday morning as Sunday was closed at airport, they told me that they were expecting me as an airplane passenger instead and they peft after the flight customers iad peft the airport, 2 hours before their closing time! Very expensive CWD insurance made the rate $50USD/day from $9/day! No practical drop off option, made dropoff option more expensive than keeping car for the whole week. Car had hail and plastic bumpers damage all over, had engine power issues, trunk could not lock and I had to repair it just to lock it, rental office told me at drop off that they knew about it and had tried to fix it with used parts! This caused me to carry All my stuff on back seat risking it as it was visible. Budget should inspect the Nuevo Laredo MX office and fleet and either refresh cars and rates or just close operations there. It is a shame for a corporation to be renting old and beat up cars and taking advantage of customers with full size car rates for sub compacts!!!!8.8 Very Good
