Cons:
I didn’t even get to rent the car because I didn’t have a valid pay stub that was valid for the last 30 days prior to renting. But due to COVID-19 that was impossible considering I was laid off back in March. Was told a bank statement would’ve worked but Enterprise doesn’t take that as a “proof” anymore so I’m not even sure what the point of telling me that was.Budget

The person was rude when getting the car. Then the tire pressure light went off. I had to go to a mechanic to adjust tires. The USB port wasn’t working. The car wouldn’t go above 52 mph and was bucking. Overall, the car and the company was unacceptable.8.0 Very Good

The vehicle was not ready, took me almost an hour to get the vehicle, the attendant waiting on me had to call a manager, I felt like I had to beg to get them to let me take the vehicle due to a problem on their end, I had tickets to a hockey game which cost $1600.00 almost missed the game6.0 Okay
