There was no one at the counter when we arrived so waited for quite a bit, about to 20-30 mins, to pick up the rental. Also, the lady seemed a bit annoyed that we came to pick up the car earlier than reserved. However our plans changed last minute. Lastly, in the rental after we had already left Macon the oil change light came on and the car wasn't running the greatest. Definitely a big turn off considering we were driving to Fort Lauderdale.2.0 Poor

They call me the day I was supposed to pick up the SUV and told me they didn't have one in and they would call me when they get one keep in mind I suppose have picked up the vehicle on Friday and it's Sunday and I still haven't heard nothing from them. The best I can say about the Chevy van is AWFUL! When I made reservation for van it was a picture of a Ford Transit. Went and test drove one (used Transit) ride and space a 1000 times better. Chevy was cramped noisy in every seat. If you can't produce just Don't show picture!8.0 Very Good

Key fobs were extremely difficult to separate! On metal wire loop with metal pinched ends that didn’t open. Asked attendant how to separate, she didn’t know! Took 30 min using garden shears to break apart. Not good!10.0 Wonderful
