The car I got had a clean bill of condition but I found several significant dings and scratches that I may have been held responsible for.Cons:
The original booking was at a good rate, but when I extended it from 10 days to 2 weeks, I was very unhappy at the increased rate - I would have expected it to be the same or even better given a weekly rate - it went from $30/per day through the independent booking site to $45!!10.0 Wonderful

The winter tires made the trip much safer and the employee at the NotreDame office was very kind, easy to understand and fair. The car itself was easy to handle and made for a fun experience to drive.Cons:
Pick up was difficult all around. Some of the guidlines regarding being under the age of 25 should really be looked into and maybe reconsidered depending on the individual's insurance, references, experience, etc... Upon arriving back home to drop off the car, it was found that the chip in the windshield was recently documented but not reported and fixed. Therefore, I'd traveled with an unsafe and faulty windshield. This missed detail makes me sceptical of renting a vehicle with Budget again, in the future.10.0 Wonderful
