Dear Customer Service, Upon arrival, the location did not have the vehicle I originally reserved available. Additionally, the vehicle I was provided was filthy and had a very strong smoke odor, making the experience extremely unpleasant. I contacted Budget Customer Care approximately 3 to 4 times seeking assistance and resolution. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly given the runaround and inconsistent guidance, with no meaningful support or resolution offered. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service and overall experience. As a paying customer, I expected a clean vehicle, proper accommodation of my reservation, and professional assistance when concerns were raised. I did not receive the grade of vehicle that I paid for. The checkout counter took 1.5 hours to get through. There was a full line with a single person working when I arrived.
Hertz allowed my reservation to be made at a time when their office was closed. So I never got the car, spent 3 hours on hold on the phone and they refused to immediately give my money back. If I could give five negative stars I would. Never doing business with this horrible company again.

It was impossible to change or modify the reservation. Trying to get someone on the phone was impossible at the local level and at the national level. It was an outrageous sum of money to add a day to the original reservation. It took at least 2 days to speak with someone. The website was horrible. You were in a loop and couldn't move forward or back. I think at this point all rental car companies are owned and operated in the same manner. Be prepared for a difficult time if you need to change anything for any reason.

I liked the entire process i happened to be the only one in the agency as I picked up my car to rent and it was a expedited process with a 3 page to sign and I was out the door, Brian the agent was professional and although I didn't know about the toll roads in Florida no longer accepting cash payments and was offering ez pass for 15.00 a day I declined that d/t avoiding the toll. They issued my deposit back to me very soon after I returned the vehicle.

I would not recommend Easirent. It took a long time for the company to pick me up at the airport. They didn’t include a contact phone number on my confirmation email. I did some research and found their phone number but when I called no one would answer the phone. I reserved a SUV but when I arrived at the rental office they said they didn’t have any clean SUVs. The SUV they assigned to me was filthy, had someone’s personal items in it, and had body damage. I refused to take the SUV so they gave me a sedan without refunding the additional money I paid for an SUV. The sedan they gave me had all sorts of dents and scratches which they didn’t document until I made I made an issue out of it. To top things off the sedan was low on windshield washer fluid, had only 8% oil life remaining, and it only had 1/8 of a tank of gas at pickup.

When I reserved the vehicle, it was advertised on, lived in miles. When I arrived at the location, I was told that Florida residence, which I am do not qualify for unlimited miles and that if I wanted unlimited miles, I would have to pay a fee of 30 extra dollars per day. I paid the fee, but was unhappy. My vehicle was then presented to me. The first thing I noticed was a large crack on the front windshield. I then opened the driver side door to do an interior inspection and could smell the odor of marijuana inside the vehicle. I informed the agent due to the crack in the windshield and the odor of marijuana. I would not accept this vehicle. I could not accept a vehicle that was already damaged. Also, I did not feel comfortable driving a vehicle that had a large crack on the front windshield. I was informed by the agent that no other vehicles were available for me. I instructed the agent I wanted to cancel my order then I would go to another rental car agency. The agent informed me that I could not cancel the order since it was within the two hour arrival window and cancellations had to be made prior to two hours prior to pick up. I argued the fact that I wasn’t canceling the order. I simply would not accept this vehicle and since they did not have any other vehicles was not interested in doing business with this agency and wanted a refund. They refused to cancel my order and said it would be put in the system as a no-show. I asked for the phone number for the manager. They stated that his number cannot be given out. I then left very unhappy and stated just to keep the money. I don’t even want to do business with this company anymore. As of sending this email, I’m still fighting with them to get a refund of my initial rental car fee, and the additional money that I had paid via my credit card for the unlimited mileage which I was tricked into. You can’t advertise a vehicle as unlimited mileage and then when someone shows up, tell them oh since you’re a resident of this state you do not get unlimited mileage for you. You have to pay additional money for unlimited miles. They advised me that unlimited miles was not available for Florida residence. I still have not been refunded any of my money as of sending this email. The extra money for the unlimited miles is a bait and switch tactic not good business.

The woman who handled my reservation was not able to speak English clearly at all. I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. The address she gave me for the Enterprise store was completely unclear and thus incorrect. When I did find the store, the woman had not made my reservation. Fortunately, the gentleman working that day tried hard to make it work. The economy car was not available but he found a recently returned car for me which did the job but it had not been serviced from its last use. The store representative did all he could and was very professional. The woman at the call center gives Enterprise a terrible rating. Enterprise is hurting itself with this call center regardless of how cheap it costs the company.
The website was not user friendly and staff was not willingly to help me with my rental.

The customer service at the airport were not helpful or very friendly. I was not asked about my experience when I dropped the car off or given a receipt. I was just told to go to the orange wall to get to the terminal. When I picked up the car the person was speaking very low and was not explaining where to go to get the car. He was also very annoyed when questions were asked. It is also very dark in the rental garage.

Car was fine. Pickup was disastrous. I spent over an hour at the counter with vague excuses given me about their computer system not working well. The first associate that was “helping” me started a phone call with the garage attendant and was on the phone for half an hour before walking away without explanation. One of the other counter attendants sat eating her breakfast rather than trying to rectify the issue. Eventually one of the attendants helped get me a car which ran but by that time I’d been waiting standing at the counter for over an hour while my wife was watching our toddler and infant. I do not plan to buy from AVIS/BUDGET again

All was great. I just don’t like how they try to scare you into getting the sunpass in Florida! And try to upsell everything. Annoying! All else was great! SUV was nice size and great on gas. Buick Envista!

I drove the vehicle 38 miles . Upon my return to Airport I put fuel in the vehicle until the pump shut off automatically The guage in the vehicle read full. I drove the vehicle 1 mile to the terminal for check in . After the vehicle was checked in I received a printed copy of my rental charges. I was billed an additional $13.49 fuel &service charge . I asked the agent about the charge and was told there was nothing they could do because my account had been closed out . NOT HAPPY I WILL NOT BOOK WITH DOLLAR IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE OF THEIR GREED

I was denied the prepaid car due to not having my physical drivers license available. Dollar refused to transfer the prepaid reservation to my travel Companion. They would rent a car to my companion for three times the price I paid in advance. They refused to refund my prepaid reservation as well. The service was excellent, However there was a mechanical problem with the car that was not disabling but was a concern. It shuddered at times upon initial take off from a stop. It seemed like a driver's side CV joint problem. It did not hinder our progress at all. It was only a concern.
We paid for an economy car because that’s all we needed. When my husband got to the car, there was a wrench light on on the dash board. He asked to swap the car for one that did not have an engine problem. The agent told my husband that the light meant nothing. My husband needed a reliable car and continued to insist on a car that was not at risk of failing to get him to his destination. The agent then accused him of just not “liking” the car. He gave him an “upgraded” car and told him the “lady” who lets you out will charge you extra for this car in a threatening way.
Called Thrifty a week before our trip and asked there’ll be a charge for my wife to drive. Said no if she was avAAA member. Looked on Google with the same question and got the same answer. Picked up car and got charged $180 extra. Said we would have had to rent the car through AAA for my wife to drive for free. Was not told this when talked with Thrifty customer service. Am not happy.

Als meine Frau mit ihrer Kreditkarte bezahlen wollte, wurde diese nicht angenommen, weil der Vorname Marianne nicht zum Vertrag passte. Bargeld wurde auch nicht akzeptiert. Daraufhin wurde der bestehende Vertrag storniert und ein neuer Vertrag auf den Namen Marianne Kolb ausgestellt. Ich bitte Sie deshalb um Rücküberweisung meines im Voraus bezahlten Rechnungbetrags.
