Gas tank only had 1/4 tank. Rep told me I could fill it up and get reimbursed if I brought it back with more which is not true. Car smelled like BO and ran very rough with a rattle. Rep at return site was unfriendly. Terrible experience that cost way too much.10.0 Wonderful

Better selection of cars...did not have Altima that I reserved, nor did they have any of that class...only choices were a Jetta that was very dirty and had bald tires, and a Corrolla that was ok...took the Corrolla despite the smaller size.2.0 Poor

Cons:
My rental pickup was for 2pm. The flight got in at 2 and the Alamo agent left before any customers got to the Alamo counter, even though he/she must have known there were people in that flight that booked rentals with Alamo. I spent over $200 extra having to rent through another company and will never use Alamo again. I also question Kayak’s booking platform for not flagging the early closure of Alamo rental countries at the airport.National
