The messaging about the change in flight destination and options for getting to SFO was poor. There should have been frequent updates. When I spoke to the boarding agent moment before we were supposed to board, he was flippant and offered no help before the announcement was made that transportation would be arranged. It was as poor of an experience that I've ever had.

My plane ride down landed 20 min late. Boarding at SFO was strange too. The people at the terminal were nice—but, boarding lacked direction, and was confusing . Coming back was worse—the plane was hours behind—and I barely caught the last Bart train back to San Francisco (3 min more and I would have been in trouble). It was a very stressful trip, and it didn’t need to be.

dont re-route to San Jose. Re-route to closer airport. Provide shuttle bus to go to SFO, not just LYFT vouchers.

WiFi connection bad. Food is really awful. Crew very nice and efficient

It was the worst experience because they delayed the flight by 2 and half hours. We were supposed to depart by 3:41 but they did the depart by 6 pm. It was so boring!!

This was a short flight with many open seats. Overhead space is limited and there are no screens in the seat back. But overall the flight was comfortable and fast.

Poor experience. 4 hour delay. 2 hours because of weather and runway construction at SFO. But gate logistics were a mess (gate was used by an unsigned flight to SAN first (!) ... lots of time spent weight balancing the flight because of an inoperable baggage hold (initial loading should have taken that into account, since plane had been flying that way that day) ... and then plane had to go back to gate for more fuel because of SFO delays (easily could have been done - and foreseen - while reweighting the plane). Airline came across as extremely disorganized. Note: on-board experience was fine ...

I think in 6:15 hrs flight the airlines should give some meal and not just couple of cookies People reach their homes at around 12 mid night and then they have to make dinner and eat I started my home at around 5 o clock and no food till 12 midnight You should give some reasonable meal in flight Thanks

The only options for beverages were water and apple juice. When did that happen?

Pretty terrible. The aisles on this flight were too narrow so we had to carry our baby, care seat, luggage, travel stroller step by step down the aisle slowing down a lot of passengers in the process. Not only was this a safety hazard but remember that scene from game of thrones where Cersei walks naked through the streets? It felt about as excruciating as that except both me and my husband were carrying 50lbs of weight while everyone from the flight attendants and passengers dolled out comments like “that stroller doesn’t fit in the overhead compartment and you should check it at the gate” when it is a travel stroller that absolutely fits and did fit in the overhead compartment. The flight said it was 30 min delayed but in actuality we did not take off until 1.5 hours past the original time. It was absolutely terrible. Alaska also charged us 200 dollars just in baggage fees even tho we took the time to buy two check on baggages via their app and bought an extra seat for our child and they still refused to overlook our first time flying with them. Everyone in general looked super miserable and traveling with them with a child is pretty much untenable. Lastly I originally thought I had booked an AM flight for my family but it was a PM flight which I knew was not going to end well since we had a 1.5 year old with us on a flight that gets in 9p. I ended up calling Alaska to try to change the first leg for a change fee, and would even have accepted half of a refund to book a completely different flight but of course they refused and absolutely allowed no flexibility to plans so I guess my revenge was our baby cried for 3 out of the four hour flight and hopefully convinced every miserable person on that flight to never fly Alaska again 🤷🏻‍♀️

Somehow I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass and was in transit Food is horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided on 11 hours flight

Fight crew was not very attentive and the bastions were gross!

Plane was good but was delayed. probably not AA fault but caused a 1 hour delay. Seating was cramped.

The staff were very helpful with lots of refreshments on offer. The toilets were clean. The seats were comfortable and entertainment was good. No complaints, it was excellent.

Plane felt so crowded and tightly packed. The chair itself was not comfortable.

This time my flight was smooth and uneventful. They started boarding even earlier than it was scheduled. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you!

Nothing really nondescript, the flight attendants were friendly and helpful.

Gate changes 30 minutes before boarding was a real inconvenience. Especially since it was from Terminal A to C. This is the second time this has happened on our trips within a month of each other

On our return trip we were able to get on an earlier flight. American airlines made it so easy to do & at no cost!

Flight cancelled and was told by a rude gate agent that they don’t accommodate on other airlines. Had to wait 5 hours for a connecting flight that had a 7 hour layover. Would not allow bags to be checked early so we couldn’t go through security .Had to rent a car for the afternoon to store bags and get a meal. Also incurred a hotel fee. No apology or reason given for the cancellation- just rudeness.

They cancelled the flight then did nothing to help us rebook. It was awful - I won’t fly with them again

The truck that was refueling the plane drove away with the hose still connected to the plane and ripped part of the plane off with it

I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.

The boarding time. I was in Section 1 the lady in charge just let people in section 3 without see us. Make a line , I have to step out and ask her. We were in the line and she just take my ticket and that’s it, so if I don’t ask her she could leave us at the end! We paid more for that privilege and. She doesn’t care….

The check in at the airport was awful. Told I need to pay for a bag. The item was taken at screening. I went back to get my $ back and they gave me a coupon with a QR code that doesn’t work. Worst costumer service ever!!!!!

4 hour delay because they used our aircraft to fly a different segment (per the captain)

Lost baggage on my connecting flight. 24 hours later, still no update on my bags.

I had to cancel within 1hour of the reservation an they put you through hell to . no live customer service desk. I'm handy caped and they make it almost impossible to cancel. They are steeling my money. You should not have that airline on your site. Contact me and I will give you all info. Of what the are doing to me just notable treatment they are set up like that to take people
