We were not welcomed at the car park, in fact we were ignored on pickup and return. Taking a carrolla I expected a decent amount of power.going up hills required frequent use of first gear. Although the booking had been made correctly by my company and the card payment details were provided, I had to leave my personal credit card details as security before the vehicle was released to me. I then had to return the following day with my company secretary to avoid being charged twice for the booking. A very inconvenient experience, as this involved a 50k round trip to the airport. The booking was for a SUV, but the vehicle provided turned out to be a 4wd pick-up truck with a hard cover at the back, no luxury features and no built-in GPS system, which was disappointing considering the price we paid.2 locations in Durban
