The staff was very friendly and professional. During a hectic morning and busy office, I did not see any of them stress out. They apologized to everyone and did the best they could. Great multi-taskers. Especially Pierre he was very attentive to customers waiting and pleasant to talk to on the phone. The car was comfortable and very clean and got a fair (not excellent) rate for a week. I always rent from a competitor but this time enterprise beat the price so I decided to go with you. I am used to an automatic upgrade but was still satisfied with rental.Cons:
Wait time for pick up and drop off was longer than I like however they did the best they could. I do feel that if the marketing aspect of Enterprise is " We will pick you up" you need to include only if your within "?" miles. I live less than 5 miles away and was out of pick up range which unless there is an enterprise like Walgreens on every corner, that is misleading marketing.7.2 Good

I had a 10 am reservation, when I got there at 11:10 am they told me that they gave my car to somebody else cause they only hold it for an hour. Yeah right! They didn't give my car away in the 10 min that I was late over the hour, they gave it way before that. And they didn't have any other car available. Luckily there was an Avis/Budget next door and I got a car from them.Budget

I arrived at budget and the owner of the agency told me he did not have any caramel rent ton me nor did he have my contact number or info to call and let me know. I then called budgets customer service number and was informed that they had the right not to honor the reservation. The lot had at least 18 cars available.Cons:
