Pros:
I didn't like anything about Avis. This was my first time renting a car. No one told me what to expect or bring when I went to pick the car up. The lady was very rude to me and others. She closed up early and turned the lights off in front of my face. Then she announced that she was closing early. I was furious. I had no way home. I had to call someone to come back to the airport and pick me up. I paid for the rental in advance when I booked the reservation over the phone. I have yet to be refunded my money. I will never do business with Avis again and will not recommend them to anyone.10.0 Wonderful
