We got a brend new Caravan for 10 days trip. Originally it was SUV for $511.00 but we had an offer to change it for a better car without any hesitation or extra pay. Exelent service. Rep by name Carlo even drove me home after I drop off the car at the office. 12 out of 10. Highly recommended.Cons:

Convenient place to pick up the car which was small in US terms but perfectly acceptable for me. Cleanliness of the car was OK and the fuel consumption was excellent. So no complaintsCons:
The pick up process is always longer and more complex than I would like - even though it was a quiet Saturday morning it still took over half an hour before I finally drove the car away. All car hire places are like this but it was better than the delays I have endured in airports.8.8 Very Good

I placed a rental got there and the representative was rude and said my car wasn't there and to go to the airport and pick up my car there. He then gave me 2 options on cars that would cost more than what I wanted to pay and said sorry but I can't help you. I called the rental place by the airport and they said I had to pay $350 for 2 day rental and I'm like no it's not my fault my vehicle wasn't there where it was suppose to be. Pros:
We picked up our rental in Fullerton CA. The person Went above and beyond and picked us up From the Train station and gave us a better vehicle that better suited our needs. Also Buget Opened up a hour earlier than the other car rental Companies. Since our train came in around 7:00 AM that made a huge decison in choosing Budget. Drop off went smooth as well overall a pleasant Car rental and the smoothest of the last 4 that I have had.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Overall was good. But it wasn’t explained to me about the flex fuel option on the dodge that I rented (e85/gasoline). Also, I wasn’t told that the vehicle was a 6 cylinder van. I would have requested a 4 cylinder to save on gas, although the van did not waste as much gas as I thought it would I know I spent a little more than I would have in a 4 cylinder vehicle. I didn’t know how to use the car remote to open the van doors and trunk doors. I had to figure that out on my own. I just think a better explaination about a vehicle being rented would help the customer ease into a vehicle that’s being rented given that some might not drive a vehicle that have certain options like remote doors and flex fuel. But overall we had a great experience. Thank you10.0 Wonderful

The staff was friendly, and courteous. But was extremely under staffed. The van I rented ran well For the long wait time (1 hr 15 min), and all the other foul ups, the Rep gave me a gas bonus.Cons:
I already reserved online. So confirmation with the ID and credit card should all be that is needed, but it seems useless. As I had to register as if the online process is worthless. The minivan I rented, was dirty inside, & outside. It had stain marks on the seats, and carpet. The gas was not full2.0 Poor

It has always been my experience that Enterprise offers the best "value priced" service. It has been many years since I have had a need to rent a vehicle but my car developed a mechanical issue just prior to a planned road trip. I am so glad that I went with Enterprise.
