Pickup too far from airport, van didn't have designated luggage space so trip from airport to agency with 5 clients with their luggage was difficult. When I dropped off car at airport took me 4 phone calls to get trough to agency to tell them car was there.9.2 Wonderful

The Drop Off in Casper was confusing and a little scary. I had to drop off early in the morning and the parking space at the airport is dark and a little confusing and intimidating in the dark. I will try it again once they are on Airport property.Hertz

I rented a middle size SUV and was given a Subaru Outback hatchback. I don't consider an Outback a middle class SUV, however, it is a nice, fuel efficient vehicle, and was not going to complain. The rear hatch would only go up part way, so I asked the person at the counter how to correct this issue. They said there is a camera on the back, and the hatch will not go up all the way if I (or something else) am in the way. The actual reason is that the rear hatch can be programmed to only go up part way, which I learned on YouTube. The car was picked up in Casper WY and returned in Omaha NE due to the nature of my work traveling from one location to the next. I then found out that there is a $500 fee to drop off the vehicle at a different location. I was blown away by how expensive this was. It made my stomach feel a little upside down when I heard about this charge. Enterprise charges $200 for the same service. Had I known about this fee, I definitely will have rented from a different company.7.2 Good

Could not get replacement car. Road side service non responsive. Were sent hertz location that had been closed for over a month. Had to drive w broken windshield, ie shattered and cracked. Crack kept expanding. Nevervrent from Hertz again.Budget

I was going to Albany NY, not Casper. Thought I had it resolved by phone but NO. Huge line in Albany. After 45 minutes finally waited on. Clerk was cranky, said it was my fault. Ended up paying 2X the quoted price for a dirty car.Cons:
