Record Go ripped me off. The car had damage when I picked it up and the damage was indicated on the damage report - so I thought all good. After dropping the car off (with the same damage obviously) I have now been charged €500 for the damage - which was already there when I took the car. I have written to their customer support and am awaiting a response.
We booked one day before departure. Prices prior were exorbitant circa £600-1000 which was ridiculous.. We even emailed Leasys direct questioning high rental quotes. Clear profiteering by all companies. All should just have offered competitive prices beforehand. We have used Leasys(Drivallia) previously. Excellent service, collection and return. Will continue to book with them but only if prices are reasonable. We would forgo a car rental if prices are not competitive. Big thank you to Qeebo for the price finally achieved. I've been charged for damage that was already present on the vehicle. I have photos of the existing damage and there is an accepted notification from when we picked up showing the existing damage. The incredibly rude and unhelpful staff at the return didn't listen to us or look at the evidence and have charged us for existing damage. I've tried repeatedly to contact someone with no response. Incredibly poor customer service and we will be disputing the charges. I'd expect this from a no name rental car company, but I booked hertz to avoid this kind of shady business practices.

We did not want to buy their insurance as our Visa card covers it. We were asked to bill 1000 euro on our visa. We agreed. The reader couldn’t process the transaction and we were not allowed to change the card. It was late at night. The only way for us to get the car and go to the hotel was to pay for their insurance. We filled out official complaint in their office and sent 3 emails to their customer service without any response.

We had an unpleasant experience renting a car from Wiber. We had made the reservation via Kayak.com, and it was fulfilled by RentalCars.com and eventually, Wiber. Contrary to the listing, this location is nowhere near the airport, and requires a shuttle. There are no signs for Wiber shuttle, and it was difficult to locate their distant pickup location, far outside the shuttle area adjacent to the airport. The shuttles arrive every 10 mins or so, but we had to wait for second shuttle as the first filled up instantly. The rental location is quite far, and it would have been much quicker to rent at a proper agency like Avis or Sixt located at the airport, or even at a small agency in town. Upon arrival, Wiber would not honor our reservations with the documents we had provided, requiring instead an international drivers license. They also would not accept the 3rd party insurance we had purchased. We had no such problem renting vehicles with large and small agencies in Barcelona, Madrid and Vejer. When we finally got our car, it was not a convertible as advertised, but instead just a sunroof. When I insisted with the staff that they arent honoring the terms of our reservation, they said that Kayak.com reservations were not their responsibility. The staff was confrontational and rude, both at pickup and return. I rented the same fiat 500 at Avis at Jerez a few days later, and paid for a standard, non-convertible model. I had no such problems, and it came with the same sunroof.

the car was clean and comfortable. there was a long wait for an associate at pick up and then a wait for a car to be ready. anna at the pick up desk was friendly and helpful. at drop off we were initially told that we would incur extra charges because the gas tank was not full and we were late. neither of these things were true but we had to go back and forth and pull up receipts and emails to argue our case. silly.

You have to shuttle to the car rental place, which is not too far but not as convenient as some of the other companies that are right at the airport. The car tire blew up 20 min into my drive. They sent roadside assistance and 3 hours later I had another car. But then they said it was my fault because I signed off on the car being in good condition, which was true. The mechanic that picked me up said the tire was loose, which was impossible to see. The check tire pressure light did come on for a few seconds when I started driving, but went off so quickly I disregarded it. The cost was $290. I talked to 3 people that said I needed to pay it but then talked to a guy named Roy who was awesome and got all charges dropped for me. I was really mad until I met Roy.
Ridiculous that the insurance policies provided at the counter are nearly 5 times more expensive than the one online

I called and texted the company during open hours to see if they can deliver it to my hotel or give me directions but no one picked up or returned the text message. The agent charged me 15 Euros per day extra for a GPS system (too expensive) There was something wrong with the steering wheel, forcing me to readjust position frequently while driving because car would suddenly swere right or left for no apparent reason On returning the care, the agent said I'd be sent a final report explaining any damages. When I did, the report noted that there were "moulding" on the right window. When I emailed back explaining that I did not notice any "moulding" and that even if there was, that wouldn't be my responsibility because molding does not result from driving but from prolonged exposure to moisture, my message was unanswered. The final adjustment on my credit card statement (which did not show up until several days later) showed an additional charge of $213.10, which would be presumably for the GPS and the full tank of gas as I returned the car empty. As noted, the agent said the GPS would cost 90 euros (15X6 days), and the gas would cost 83 euros. that's a total of 173 euros ($189.73) not $213. So either the company has fined me an additional $23 for the "moulding," or it used a very self-serving exchange rate.
We had to forfeit our rental because I was never informed that I would need a pin for my credit card in order to make the deposit. I've never had a pin for my credit card and they would not accept my wife's card, so we had to cancel, and pay for, our initial rental, then rebook under my wife's name. It was not a good experience and we wasted $100. I would not use them again

Once we found the shuttle bus, things went smoother. But the labelling on the car rental online voucher never once mentioned the van labelling, or anything. Only the printed voucher had that, which was stuffed in a suitcase. There was a parking lot FULL of busses and very difficult to find the right one. Phone calls went unanswered to the number we had on the voucher. Not a good start. The car we were given had obvious door damage where it had been broken into with a crow bar before, and was never properly repaired. It wasn't good to drive in the rain as water came through the gap in the door. Nearly empty on windshield wiper fluid, and engine mounts that were loose causing some strange shimmys. Rental checkout had the usual pushy scare tactics for insurance, and some weird requirements that were hurting other customers at other counters. In general, I won't rent from them again.

Everything went very smoothly. The employees were friendly and professional. Bring a little time with you during pick up and drop off though drop off went very quickly despite there being many dropping off at the same time.
Car was great, drop off was smooth, pick up was very slow and frustrating, from taking a ticket after landing to being served at the desk took over an hour and a quarter. Incredibly frustrating way to start our holiday

Because I arrived at the airport and the vehicle was for the disabled. When I radio reservation did not ask that anywhere! The vehicle was paid for in advance, and the reservation and the vehicle were never taken up due to a lack of explanation! I would like a refund!

The company is scamming customers by claiming minor marks (not scratches) on the car are damage. These were so minor they would never have been identified in a pre-inspection. The company is stealing insurance/deposit money from customers and should not be listed by Kayak. Very unhappy with this fraudulent company and frustrated that Kayak would list then as a reputable business.

No good. I did return the car in perfect condition, I did do a video of the car at return. At return the man responsible would not answer our questions about return and billing. After 15 minute waiting with them, we left, after we left the airport they send me an invoice with repairs for 500€ all written in Spanish. No repair is required, the car as been returned in perfect conditions and clean. I did write the a email, no answer. Now I have to go through all the troubles to file a claim against them, and I will.

Overall very good experience, great value, only negatives were they tried to soft upsell the car and coverage but weren’t forceful when I declined. At pick up the car had dings and missing spare tire (and no personnel around when you get the car, you just walk to it from the terminal) but they did not try to charge us for it upon return. Would rent there again.
