Pesimo servicio, al alquilar la unidad via la pagina web, a pesar que cancele por adelantado el servicio incluyendo kilometraje extra y seguro del auto, me cobraron nuevamente el seguro el cual tuve que pagar al devolver la unidad en Arequipa. Se aprovecharon que no me acorde que el seguro ya lo habia pagado pero la excusa fue que debido que el auto lo alquile via Kayak y no de manera directa por Sixt el seguro me lo tenian que cobrar igual...pesimo servicio, no me solucionaron el problema...a mi como usuario es totalmente transparente por que via adquiero el servicio mas aun si ya cancele al totalidad de este...no recomiendo esta empresa a nadie.

Intermediate SUV

I made a reservation for an intermediate SUV. At pick up it was not available. I could choose between a smaller regular car or a slightly bigger SUV and pay 100 dollar extra, eventhough the contract says: "or similar". Apparently this doesn't mean much. Also, after 2 days we found your that 2 out of three breaking lights did not work. Can be quite dangerous in Peru. Especially in the dark. Poor maintenance? Staff was very friendly though.

Luxury SUV

They did not have a Land Cruiser Prado available or anything equivalent, my suspicion is they never had it. Instead they tried to get us to accept a RAV4 which would not have fitted the number of passengers we had

I didn’t rent the car because when I check the final price was a lot higher than in Kayak. The rental car company was considering taxes and a miscellaneous fee what increasing the amount to pay from 18 USD per/day to 40 USD per/day.
