There was no option other than going in a picking up the vehicle. The seats were clean, but we had to stop at a gas station to buy paper towels and window cleaner to clean all the windows, inside and out, because we couldn't see.Cons:
There was a mix up at the time of pick up with the amount we were to be charged. They overcharged our account and then they could not recharge the correct amount within a 24hour period.
