Pros (+) Love love loved the staff - friendly, helpful and the best of my time in St. Thomas. Good for a quick overnight stay. Great homemade breakfast - well worth the price!
Cons (-) Room was okay, but needed a good deep cleaning and the neighborhood isn't the greatest.

Cons (-) Room was ok, but a/c was leaking and room didn't get cleaned 1 day...overall great value for price paid.
