Pros:Absolutely nothing.
Cons:We booked a double room and only got a single. The room was dirty and had a weird smell. The staff was very rude and very unhelpful. The management staff does not care about the customers at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
Cons:Make sure you check out on time or you will be hazed by the housekeepers and maintenance crew until you leave your room. Starting at 11:01!! Manager never acknowledged anybody it she just let the staff do the "dirty work" All was fine until checkout time arrived :-)
Pros:The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location provides easy access to the interstate, restaurants and gas stations.
Cons:Th towels were rough (even by hotel standards) and the toilet paper was rough and oddly located.
Pros:The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Stayed two nights and I would stay there again and recommend it. The evening clerk on Saturday and Sunday was very nice and helpful.
Pros:I only need a place to sleep on my long drives between Florida and the midwest. This is the perfect place to stop coming back form Florida because it is beyond the heavy rush hour morning commuter traffic of Charlotte as I continue north and west in the morning. The rooms are small in all Microtel's, hence the name, but always clean, comfortable and in good repair. It is a no-frills chain, but that is all a weary traveler really needs. The breakfasts are usually a waste of time to even look at, but if dry cereal and day-old bagles appeal to you...you are in luck here. However, there are always plenty of places nearby to grab some breakfast for the road. Dunkin' Donuts is only about 2 minutes away.
Pros:This hotel is right off Intersate 77. I felt safe. The room was clean. Free HBO & On Demand TV Friendly staff Exercise room with Treadmill, Elliptical, & Stationary Bike Waffle House & Circle K within walking distance Great WiFi
Cons:Don't expect a great breakfast...coffee, donuts, cereal. For what you pay you shouldn't expect more than this. 2nd stay (Tuesday) had no Non-Smoking rooms available even though the parking lot was empty. Room did not smell too bad, but a cigarette burn on the toilet seat is unacceptable.
