Pros (+) Everything about the Rizzo Center is top notch. It's a hidden gem in the Research Triangle area. More of a resort than just a hotel, with an amazing courtyard area with pool and lounge chairs. Lots and lots of room to roam. Situated in a beautiful wooded area with tons of good eateries nearby. UNC owns the grounds and other facilities and keeps everything pristine. Book a stay here and you'll love...
Cons (-) Front office staff is professional and courteous, but generally distant and not especially tuned in to providing an exceptional experience. They need to step up their game to match the otherwise high level of excellence offered by the hotel.
