I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room. I have not felt that comfortable with a room in a long time. The check-in staff was so friendly and welcoming. Over all, I'd have to say great experience.

Pros (+) It was convenient and good price. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) Room was outdated and needed a bit of renovation. On our last night there was a back in another room or area and when it was being checked our sink started to bubble and water came up from the drain (which smelled awful). Desk staff during check in was not very friendly or welcoming.

Pros (+) The hotel is not far from store for all the This Disinfectant spray and Lysol wipes you are going to need to feel comfortable in the room
Cons (-) the parking lot was horrible, looks dangerous About 6 security on site makes you wonder why. our room looked better in the picture non smoking room reeked of cigarette smell, somebody’s trash from two days ago was left in the room ac didn’t work nor heater the water is extremely hot not safe for kids

Pros (+) Even though its a older property, it is well taken care of. The rooms and pool are nice and felt safe there. Excellent location next to the 5 on ramp and 5 min from burbank airport.
Cons (-) Parking is pretty tight.

Pros (+) It was probably an awesome place in 1982 when it was last remodeled... First time I've ever been to a hotel that there was no cold water in the shower. I've had lots of no hot water experiences, but only scalding hot water was a first.

Pros (+) The staff at the Ramada in Burbank are very friendly and helpful. The rooms we clean and tidy and the furnishings had been updated in the last year or so. The only complaints are to do with the building. I believe this is an older building and you can tell. Our sink leaked pretty badly from the faucet into the cabinet under the sink.
