Our apartments are situated on a quiet street, with sunny balconies and spacious interiors. The modern yet comfortable decor is designed for both leisure and business travelers. The building, completed in 2001, was customed designed and constructed by a family of local architects, who own and operate Artsuites.
Executive Apartment (1- 2 people) (45 meters squared, approx. 473 sq. feet).
Includes: one bedroom (queen-sized bed); a full bathroom with jacuzzi; living room with dining area,
kitchen and balcony. Living room includes couch with a pull-out bed for an extra guest (see additional costs).
Pent House Apartment (1- 2 people) (60 meters squared, approx. 645 sq. feet)
Includes: one bedroom (queen-sized bed); a full bathroom with jacuzzi; living room with dining area, kitchen and a very ample and sunny terrace. Situated on the 9th floor, which is the highest.
Premium Apartment (1- 4 people) (84 meters squared, approx. 903 sq. feet).
Includes: two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed, and the other with two twin-sized beds or one queen sized bed); two bathrooms (one includes a jacuzzi); living room; fully equipped kitchen; and balcony. Upon request, living room may include couch with a pull-out bed (see additional costs below).
Even though this apartment is designed to comfortably accomodate 4 people, some individual guests enjoy the ample space these apartments provide.
