Good experiencePros:I've rented a lot of these types of vans and this one was the best with all the upgrades that have been done. When I reserved the van, I reserved a "mini van" but when I went to pick up, I was offered either a 8 passenger van with extra cargo room or a SUV. I took the van. It did really well. The price was great. Check in was quick. Check out took a bit longer but it was also the end of the day. I will definitely look to them again when:if I need to rent a vehicle again.Reviewed 7 Jan 2016

Uncomfortable ridePros:I did not like anything about this rental. The car we had was the most miserable ride. Extremely uncomfortable seats and less than efficient shock absorbers. The car had not been cleaned between customers and smelled of smoke. I returned the car 22 hours early and was given no rebate. That is a bad policy.Reviewed 1 Jan 2016
