Very long line, no pricing transparency, LDW is 3x what Budget advertises on website, add’l $250 deposit which is not mentioned in website is quietly charged and when asked what it was for was told, “that’s how it is here”. License plate and car color on my contract not same as car I was told to get into, informed discrepancy and was told to take the car anyway. Car was missing actual parts and made funny sounds, more like a car share service than a car rental service.Reviewed 8 Jan 2024

We didn’t even get a chance to rent a car. The line was fifty people long and did not move the hour and a half we stood in line. There was only one poor guy working and he spent the whole time with just one customer. There was no communication as to what was the cause of the delay. We ended canceling the reservation and just taking Uber around. The whole experience was vey disappointing as we didn’t even get a chance to receive the service we booked.Reviewed 24 Jun 2021

Convenient because it is located right in the airport however only 1 person working behind the counter. My reservation was for 11am and it took almost 2 hours just in line. Then another 15 or so for the car. The car rental agencies off the airport are much much quicker.Reviewed 23 Jun 2021
