Staff was friendly enough. Had the suite for a family of four and the size was great. The breakfast was hailed as a cold breakfast for the weekday but we had a totally decent warm one including waffles and such. The campus was a bit all over the place with a lovely pool but they had classes just when we wanted to use it. The room would have been fine but it just smelled - that kind of smoke but af...

Pros (+) The location is great, right in the middle of Brattleboro lots of restaurants around and stores. Right off the highway and a short drive to ski mountains.
Cons (-) They say you get what you pay for, two queens for 100 bucks. Place was banged up and very dated. The table in the room was falling apart. Was it worth the 60 bucks I saved by not going to a better hotel, nope. I would have rather stayed at the Comfort in.

Pros (+) Ok- so it's not the Ritz! It's Brattleboro Baby! It's a nice place where an amazing pool-spa area (looked at but never used it). I enjoyed my stay, pleasent people, complimentary breakfast. I liked not dealing w a chain. I'll stay again.

Cons (-) I drove in to the parking lot and never checked in. It is not three stars- maybe 1 star. Run down, random people hanging out in the parking lot. When I asked for a refund the front desk was rude and hung up on me.
