Pros (+) The staff was very nice, and the room appeared very clean. The breakfast buffet is better than most at mid level hotels, and the bar is very nice.
Cons (-) That being said there were many small details that just seemed to not be as well maintained as in previous visits i.e. elevator kind of dirty, suggestion box falling off wall,etc. Small I know, but they add up. Was really annoyed I couldn't watch the Cubs game in my room, and we had an infestation of gnats. Refrigerator rattled, and even with the air set at 60 we were hot. I have always enjoyed st...

Pros (+) We stayed for 2 nights during Special Olympics state competition, and were impressed with lots of delicious options at breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were no issues with noise during our stay in late August.
Cons (-) It would be nice if the breakfast opened earlier than 7 am on the weekend.
