I felt welcomed, and though I have heard over the years horror stories of renting cars abroad, my experience with Dollar at Dubai airport was excellent.Cons:
Returning the car, it wasn't clear where to park (unlike in every US airport, there's no obvious 'rental return' lot. I had to find a parking spot in close proximity to the office - but that is just Dubai normal. I just wish it was made clearer.10.0 Wonderful

I went there with all the necessary documents. After some time waiting, they informed me that they didn't have the car I rented, nor any other car in the upgrade. Even though I have reserved the car way before AND paid for it AND called to confirm a day before, they did not have the car... I still didn't receive my refund by the way. They did offer a downgrade, but I couldn't send back home one of my kids with two bags!3.2 Poor

Very bad condition plus the car I reserved was a Toyota Yates instead of being upgraded I was downgraded to Honda city which had terrible air conditioner and horrible wobble when approaching speed of 80km and aboveEuropcar

I selected a Toyota Yaris, through your website i was surprised they told " we dont have this type of car " and offered me so-called ( upgrade) A Ford Figo, claiming it's bigger and upgrade, therefore changed me extra AED 208, i was squeezed by time, believed them i figured out its even smaller than Yaris, generally was a bad experience throughout your website as well as the AVIS.5.6 Fair

Quoted price Easy to preform booking with kayak Avia employee (work in finance department - shaikh Zaid streets near financial center metro station) met us outside the office and he was amazing, helpfully, try his best to find solution for our problem, and he succeed.Cons:
First of all i have another booking (conformation number 09826246US3) when we arrived airport, employee act in unprofessional way and add extra price (70 AED) to let me use my friend Credit Card. When we went for this booking in shaikh zaid road the avis employee complete the reservation without adding any cost using my friend Credit Card. Regarding to shikh Zaid location in kayak booking map it was wrong and this let us spent long time to found the office 10 km away from the map location. When we arrived the shaikh zaid location at 6:00 pm it was close and it is maintained in the website and the door of the office it work until 8:00 pm !!!!!!8.0 Very Good

They tried to charge me an extra 50 USD just to drop off in AD when it was clearly included in the original booking, then they added 50 AED for airport pickup when again, the booking was originally front the airport. Basically a load of hidden fees. Borderline scam. And the car was a bit old and dirty.2.0 Poor

We arrived at DXB to find that the rental agency Payless no longer existed at DXB. The phone number provided by the booking service is not in service. We were stranded and our only options were to take taxis or book expensive last minute car rentals on the spot. We opted for taxis and public transportation as the other rental options were too expensive. We were surprised and let down. I know now not to rely on Kayak.8.0 Very Good
