This flight was ok
The seat in front of me seemed to have extra reclining, which made my seat tighter. I couldn’t see my movie properly when the other passenger was reclined. Food was OK, but there was a long period without food, considering it was a day time long flight.
It was a really good experience. Food, snacks, and beverages were good. Flight entertainment was also a good one.
Efficient boarding. Staff were pleasant. Flight on time.
Everything was wonderful, with the exception of boarding a bus to go to our gate. Seems odd, that on both the arrival and departure from Paris we had to drag our bags down stairs, get on a bus to do the next step.
Our flight delayed, due to the incoming flight arriving late from Paris. AF caused us to miss our connecting flight, also booked through Air France directly. They couldn't accommodate us until later that night, and we had to be in AMS earlier than that. They won't do anything else to help us and wanted to charge us more money to rebook us too. Not great service, since it was all their fault.
My recent Air France flight from Paris to Toronto was a genuinely pleasant long‑haul experience, marked by strong service and thoughtful touches throughout the journey. The boarding process was orderly and efficient, with only a short wait before passengers were invited to step onboard. Everything moved with calm coordination, setting a positive tone right from the start. Once in the air, the inflight crew truly shined. They were warm, friendly, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Their professionalism and upbeat energy made the cabin feel welcoming and well cared for. The meals and overall service were very good—well‑timed, nicely presented, and satisfying. Air France’s reputation for quality inflight dining held up, and the crew ensured that drinks, snacks, and small requests were handled promptly. I traveled in a business‑class pod, which offered excellent privacy and comfort. The seat itself was spacious and well‑designed, ideal for both resting and working. The only minor drawback was that the pod felt a bit warm when fully closed, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall comfort. Overall, this Air France flight delivered a smooth, friendly, and enjoyable experience from gate to landing. The combination of efficient boarding, exceptional crew service, quality meals, and a comfortable seat made the long journey feel easy and well supported.
The boarding was efficieng. Staff in flight smiling, polite, attentive, patient. Very professional.
The check-in at the airport was smooth and helpful. There was a delay due to some issue. The good regular but the staff very attentive.
Air France removed our luggage from the plane before it took off, seemingly intentionally, didn't notify us until after we reported it missing at SFO, and is giving us no updates on when, or whether, they will deliver it.

Overview of Air France
Air France flies to more than 75 countries across the world. It has a hub in Paris, which serves as its primary departure location for international routes, with a secondary hub in Orly that focuses on domestic flights within France. It is the national flag carrier of France and proudly features red, white and blue stripes on the tail of its aircraft.
Air France Hop and Transavia France are subsidiaries that sit under the Air France brand, respectively targeted on regional services and low-cost alternatives. It was a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance in 2000 alongside Delta Air Lines, Aeromexico and Korean Air. Customers can benefit from connected flights and round-the-world tickets as a result of the SkyTeam alliance, which now also includes China Airlines, KLM and Middle East Airlines, among others.
A combination of both Airbus and Boeing aircraft are flown by Air France. It was the launch carrier for the Boeing 777-300ER model, one of the most commonly used in its fleet for long-distance transcontinental trips. Several of the fleet are painted in gray SkyTeam decorations.
Both Economy and Business Class seats are available. Practical accessories, such as USB plugs, are available to all passengers, while the Business section has a desk space that is perfect for getting some work done. The upgraded cabin also features cocooned seats that offer privacy and the ability to recline to a flat bed. Business Class seats on shorter distance flights, such as within Europe, do not fully recline but are more spacious and do receive luxurious dining, including a wide variety of pastries.
